| AGREEMENT
REGARDING RENEWAL REQUESTS |
The item you borrowed is the property of another library, not Palm Beach
Atlantic. They have been kind and gracious to loan it for your use.
However, that use is subject to whatever conditions or provisos are placed on it by
the lending library. In some cases, libraries allow renewals, but not
always. When you borrowed this item, you were given a due date, as
stipulated by the owner. We will expedite your renewal request, but the
lending library is not obligated to extend the due date. In fact, they may
have other users who are waiting to use the same item. If the request is
denied, the original due date stands, and you will be expected to return the
item promptly. Failure to cooperate carries serious consequences, for you
personally, and for participating libraries, because the InterLibrary Loan
system is built upon trust.
I agree to comply with these restrictions.
