JOB ANNOUNCEMENT

EVENING AND WEEKEND LIBRARY COORDINATOR

The PBA Library is seeking a highly motivated, responsible, and mature college student to serve as late evening and weekend library coordinator.

Primary responsibilities: To provide leadership and coordination of library services when the full time library staff is not available. In this role, the evening and weekend coordinator is the "person in charge" of the operation of the library.

Specific responsibilities:

Ensuring circulation desk services.

Providing limited information services at the Help Desk.

Assisting work study students with work assignments.

Assisting library patrons as needed.

Special projects and other duties, as time permits.

Necessary qualities:

A maturing Christian faith and a servant's attitude.

Being responsible, dependable, adaptable, and flexible.

Good people skills including communication skills.

Ability to relate well with students, faculty, staff, and other library patrons.

Basic computer skills.

Willingness to learn new technology and other skills.
